Preparing Your Documents Correctly
Review each file before uploading:
- Is the photo sharp and recent?
- Is the passport scan free of glare and fully readable?
- Do the names and addresses in your accommodation booking match your application?
These checks reduce the risk of delays or rejection.
Processing Times
Most Qatar eVisa applications are processed within 18 - 21 Working Days. Incomplete or unclear files are a common cause of delays. Apply well before your travel date and check each document carefully before submission.
