Qatar eVisa Types
Tourist Visa (A1)
This eVisa permits entry to Qatar for tourism and other approved short-term purposes.
It does not permit employment, business operations, or extended residence.
GCC Resident Visa (A2)
This eVisa offers the same validity, stay period, and permitted purposes as the Tourist Visa, but only applicants with a valid GCC residence permit can apply for it.
Eligible GCC Countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Qatar eVisa Allowed Purposes
Travel to Qatar is permitted for the following purposes:
Personal Visits
Tourism, leisure, friend visits, shopping, and wedding parties.
Business and Events
Business meetings, conventions, events, and sports activities.

Qatar eVisa Application Requirements
Tourist Visa (A1)
You will need a valid passport bio page scan, a recent digital photograph, and either a confirmed hotel booking OR the details of a Qatari host.
GCC Resident Visa (A2)
You will need the same documents as the Tourist Visa, plus a copy of your GCC visa or residency card/permit.
It must be valid for at least 3 months from your date of arrival in Qatar.

Process of Applying for the Qatar eVisa
Complete the Application
Fill out the Qatar Online Visa Application form with the required information and upload the requested documents.
Pay the Visa Fee
Pay the Visa fee using a valid credit or debit card, or through PayPal or bank transfer.
Obtain an approved Qatar eVisa
All application updates and the approved Qatar eVisa will be sent to the applicant’s registered email ID.
Qatar eVisa Approval Time and Fee
The approved Qatar eVisa can be obtained in 18 - 21 Working Days, 14 - 17 Working Days, or 10 - 13 Working Days, depending on the selected processing option. Faster processing requires an additional fee.
Travelling to Qatar with Family or Friends
The primary applicant can use the “Add Applicant” option to submit multiple Qatar visa applications together. Each added applicant must provide their own documents, pay an individual fee, and receive a separate eVisa. All updates are sent to the primary applicant.
