Qatar eVisa Application Steps
Step 1: Register on the Portal
Begin by registering yourself on the Qatar eVisa portal. Enter your contact information to access the application form, save your progress, and receive status updates.
Use a valid email address. All communication about your application arrives by email.
Step 2: Choose Your eVisa Type
After registration, you will reach the Qatar eVisa application form. Select the eVisa type that matches your travel eligibility.
Two options are available:
- Tourist Visa (A1)
- GCC Resident Visa (A2)
Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form
Enter your personal information, passport details, and travel details into the online form.
You may include up to 10 applicants in a single application. Use the "Add Applicants" option to do this. Each applicant receives an individual eVisa. The primary applicant manages all submissions.
Step 4: Select Your Processing Preference
After completing the form and adding any additional applicants, choose your preferred processing speed.
Three options are available: Standard, Rush, or Super Rush. Select based on how soon you need your eVisa.
Step 5: Verify Your Application Details
Click "Submit & Preview" to review your application before final submission.
Correct any errors at this stage. Accurate details help avoid delays in processing.
Step 6: Upload Supporting Documents
Upload the required documents for your selected eVisa type. Refer to the latest Qatar eVisa requirements and confirm your travel documents are valid for your planned stay.
Step 7: Make the Online Payment
Proceed to the payment section and pay the visa fee using the secure online payment method.
Note: Processing begins only after successful payment of the Qatar eVisa fee.
Step 8: Receive Your Approved Qatar eVisa
Your approved Qatar eVisa will be sent to your registered email address. Download it and carry a copy when you travel to Qatar.
